Julia is highly intuitive and she walks her own talk. She lives in the North East of the UK, with her husband Geoff and her 2 gorgeous children, Ellie, 23 and William 17. She loves ice cream, cupcakes and cocktails and walks along with beach with Alfie, her very cute but very naughty Border Terrier.
The truth is, for big changes in your life that are sustainable you need to start with a shift in your mindset and the right support; thankfully I found both when I started to work with a coach. My life turned around and I want to use my experience to benefit others.
Now I'm on a mission to help other frazzled females to have success without stress, well not too much anyway!! Success involves stretching your comfort zone just the right amount and sometimes that can cause stress but it's the good kind of stress for the right amount of time rather than chronic, never-ending debilitating stress that can sneak up and make us ill.
I don't provide a temporary band aid solution, I teach you how to develop strategies that take you to calm, confident and back into control of your life and your success even when lifes ups and downs threaten to get in the way.
