She is also a DISC psychometric assessor, EFT Practitioner and to fulfil her creative side and her geeky side she also produces animated marketing videos for small businesses

Julia is highly intuitive and she walks her own talk. She lives in the North East of the UK, with her husband Geoff and her 2 gorgeous children, Ellie, 21 and William 15. She loves ice cream, cupcakes and cocktails and walks along with beach with her 2 very cute but naughty Border Terriers.
I used to thrive on a challenge, stress motivated me. I was strong, ambitious, driven but I discovered the hard way that stretching yourself too far, for too long can lead to stress, depression, anxiety and burnout. When I say stress I do not mean the good stress that can motivate us I mean the bad stress that can have a negative impact on your own life and your families lives.
I know exactly how it feels to be totally exhausted from holding down a job and looking after a family. I was trying to be everything to everybody and putting myself last. I knew I should exercise more, eat better etc… But I was too mentally and physically drained when I got home after a stressful day at work.
To cut a long story short I made myself ill. I tried lots of things on my own personal journey from “stressed to refreshed”. It was a very difficult, but ultimately rewarding journey. Some things worked better than others, and some things didn’t work for me at all.
The truth is, for big changes in your life that are sustainable you need to start with a shift in your mindset and the right support; thankfully I found both when I started to work with a coach. My life turned around and I want to use my experience to benefit others.
Now I'm on a mission to help other frazzled females to have success without stress, well not too much anyway!! Success involves stretching your comfort zone just the right amount and sometimes that can cause stress but it's the good kind of stress for the right amount of time rather than chronic, never-ending debilatating stress that can sneak up and make us ill.
I don't provide a temporary band aid solution, I teach you how to develop strategies that take you to calm, confident and back into control of your life and your success even when lifes ups and downs threaten to get in the way.
